Shipping



SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Orders paid via credit card may take longer to process than those made using PayPal.

After payment has been received:
Orders will ship within 1 business day, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Sunday and holidays will be shipped the next business day.


DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
:

Due to prices being determined by weight and destination, orders may be sent via parcel or Economy Letter. As Economy Letter is a cost saving option, tracking is not provided. Tracking is provided for parcels.

A shipping estimator is utilised for orders, meaning you may be overcharged to cover the costs of your order plus the envelope/parcel. We will do our best to ensure that packages can be sent in the most economical way possible. If you are overcharged for your order, the difference will be refunded back into the account you paid with.

Delivery time will vary depending on the destination, and may take up to 8 weeks, depending on customs, but most deliveries should arrive within 10-20 working days.

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you, and you will be sent a new item.


REFUNDS:

We do not accept refunds. All orders are final.



• All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Hello Sweetums is not responsible for the carrier after it leaves Australia.

• All international parcels will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items. You are responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase.

• All prices in Australian dollars (AUD).

• It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that a correct address is provided.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship the package. You will be charged extra to resend the package.

• Hello Sweetums is not responsible for packages once it leaves our premises.

• Product and shipping fees and policies are subjected to change at any time.
